These under bed rails are to be used in conjunction with the Demco brand "UMS" - Under Mount System fifth wheel hitches only. The fifth wheel that can be used with this system is the 18K Demco UMS Autoslide - part number 8550022. See link here. 18K Demco AutoSlide- 8550022
