B&W Gooseneck-to-Fifth-Wheel Adapter Plate with Square Shank (Will not work for Shallow Gooseneck Ball Models)
CURT 5th wheel adapter plates are a fast, dependable way to convert your gooseneck trailer hitch into a set of 5th wheel rails to accept a 5th wheel hitch. With gooseneck installation brackets and a gooseneck hitch already installed, the adapter plate simply inserts into the gooseneck trailer ball hole using a solid shank and is secured with the locking mechanism provided by the gooseneck hitch. One of the most attractive features about CURT 5th wheel adapter plates is that they are practically instantaneous: insert the shank, apply the locking mechanism and just like that you have a sturdy pair of 5th wheel rails.

Converts B&W gooseneck hitches to fifth wheel rails. NOT compatible with Ram, Chevy, Ford, Titan XD OEM gooseneck hitches or shallow-hole gooseneck hitches.
- Shank hole is 2.25" from plate surface
- Bed liners and bed mats may affect the fit, trimming may be necessary
- Will not work with fifth wheel hitches or pin boxes that rotate
- Will not work with auto-slide fifth wheel hitches
- Do not use with B&W Patriot fifth wheel sliders
- Will not work with any 2013-2016 Ram 3500 or 2014-2018 Ram 2500 trucks that has a B&W Turnover Ball Hitch installed
- Will not work with any 2007 and later Toyota Tundra with B&W Turnover Ball Hitch installed
- Will not work with 2017 and later Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty that has a B&W Turnover Ball Hitch installed

- Industry-standard base rails accept most fifth wheel hitches and sliders
